On September 16, 2026, Chairman of the Board of «Turar Healthcare» NPJSC Askar Khoroshash and Head of the Department for International Cooperation and Project Implementation Asem Kabykenova participated in the Days of Kazakhstani Medicine in the Kyrgyz Republic, held in Bishkek.
Dzhafar Zhagfarovich Kusyabgaliev, Managing Director of Turar Healthcare, delivered a presentation entitled «Gaps and Coverage of Primary Healthcare Infrastructure, Risks, Infrastructure, Workforce and Primary Healthcare Investment Priorities in the Karaganda Region».
Sanzhar Dulatovich Raisov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Turar Healthcare, presented proposals to amend regulatory and technical documents (Construction Standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Code of Practice of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Healthcare Facilities») as well as regulatory legal acts concerning staffing standards.
